Atlantic Realty Partners approached id8 looking to develop branding for their new development at Johns Creek Walk called The Regency at Johns Creek Walk. ARP knew they wanted to brand the property like “an upscale country club,” but left creative direction up to id8. The scope of work was for a logo, website, brochure, postcard, stationary, and a floor plan flyer.
id8 began the project knowing that ARP was looking for an upscale design that showed that their community was the place to be. We accomplished their brand objectives by developing a mix of creative collateral with an earthy color scheme and natural textures.
We also created a custom die-line on the brochure to showcase the logo and add some depth to the brochure while still maintaining the upscale look and feel of the materials.
The Regency at Johns Creek Walk project was successful because we were able to understand our clients needs and target market. We were then able to use our design expertise to develop materials to deliver their message and showcase their identity as the property that raises the bar on upscale apartment living.
